Conan, the King of Aqualonia, is led into a trap, captured, and thrown into a dungeon full of horrors.

That's what we face today as I take a look at The Scarlet Citadel by Robert E. Howard, as well as the two comic book adaptations from Marvel Comics and Dark Horse.
