Is it really in Conna's personality that if his gold was still with him he would go to rescue the girl? They seem to be a dime a dozen in his stories. I'd figure if he just went back to the House of Suwong he could easily find another.
It the sequence of Conaan infiltrating the Night God's temple I can really see BWS art that is in my minds eye. His form is contineing to grow nicey into what he will become famous for.
In the end Conan continues his journey through the desert with nothing? No supplies, no sword nothing? That's maybe pushing believable a bit far.
