CONAN THE BARBARIAN #7 (MARVEL: 1971)

Conan fights a pack of wolves, drives a chariot for the first time, is accused of murder, and tangles with the Man Serpent!

All that an more as we look at Conan the Barbarian #7: The Lurker Within by Roy Thomas, Barry Windsor Smith, Dan Adkins, and Sam Rosen.

This issue was published by Marvel Comics in July, 1971.

Plus... Bloopers!

Enjoy!

  1. From the beginning I noticed that BWS still has some work to do on faces. They looked kinda off to me and here last issue I thought things were looking cool. Myabe right now faces are still a work in progress.

Conan's face on page 3 has a definite Kricfalusi look to it.

We find out up to this point Conan has never driven.

Nice sequence of him breaking into the museum, starting with the swimming panel. Shows all the different things je had to over come to break in.

I like that the stories have been onw offs but I hope we see more of Set and his followers in the future.
